Lizzie Meston is a professional artist working between London and rural West Sussex. She has been observing and painting the natural world since an early age. Her passion for nature led her to pursue a career in the environment, designing habitats and innovative solutions to conserve protected species around the world.
Through her art, Lizzie aims to showcase landscape and wildlife in all their forms and has a deep interest in depicting conservation in action. Lizzie is also a keen portraitist, comfortably at home portraying the character of both her human and animal subjects.
Lizzie studied at University College London and has a PhD in environmental science.
